For those who may have just logged on, Robby Gordon has finished the 2010 Baja 1000 in 2nd place. The #21 of Tavo Vildosola was the winner. Robby had a broken driveshaft that costed him about 10 minutes & he believes that was the difference in the win. Congrats to the entire #1 Team Gordon SPEED Energy crew for a job well done. Thanks to all in chat who kept the updates flowing.Lets get ready for 2011 Dakar ! Stay tuned for baja 1000 photos & videos from RGM .

Congrats on the 2nd place Robby. I know you are never happy with anything but a win when it comes to offroad, but a 2nd in the 1000 is a great accomplishment. I will give a big cheers to you and your team at the bar tonight for your great finish.
great run robby you are still the man !!!! a powerful force..........
Way to go Robby and team RGM on a 2nd Place finish in the run to the tip. Looking forward to Dakar and following the progress in SA.
RG is the best
Congrats Robby. Loved the color of the truck. It'll look great against the white sand and blue skies at Dakar.
I'll take second any time, especially when they had him 14th on one site.
A World Leader in Motorsports !
RGM beat baja for a change.
all things considered Driveshaft,GPS prob.,32 passenger plane probs. in Loreto hindering teams return to Charlotte/Homestead ,chase truck broke down, etc
On to Dakar and win there... Anybody know what body they are running in the 2011 Dakar? I know RG said after the 2010 rally, they would be building something new for this year with a shorter wheelbase to compete better on the technical stages.
Hummer.
