Look on the stage 4 thread. Info is there.

5:05 Cars: Blown engine for Gordon

Pending official confirmation, American Robby Gordon (Hummer) has not been able to start the day’s special after blowing his engine on the link stage. Damn not a good year.

Not a blown engine. Look at the Stage 4 thread.

15:45 Cars: Gordon awaiting assistance

It looks like American Robby Gordon (Hummer) has blown his engine or has broken his suspension. In any case, he is still stuck at the 514 km point on the link stage before the day’s special and is currently waiting for his assistance team. When they arrive, he will decide whether to carry on with the race or not…

Busted front end, for what I know, we'd already at Calama and going back to see
not a blown motor.
Any Audibles? I had to ask TOG ;)

It’s all over for Robby Gordon!

Following a broken wheel bearing after 514 km of the link stage leading to the 4th special, American Robby Gordon (Hummer) was not able to reach the day’s timed section, since the race officials had already closed the start point by the time his assistance team reached him. As a result, the Californian has been forced to abandon the rally.

From the dakar.com site..

#327 is still in the rally...

Can RG drive the other hummer, or are driver swaps not allowed in the Dakar?
He is done and will need to look at 4WD for next year!
Well as the saying goes...this sucks.
Off to Laughlin.
