Robby Gordon will compete in the 2014 Mint 400. The legendary race begins on Saturday, March 15th, The #77 SPEED Energy/Toyo Tires/Traxxas Racing Trophy Truck is currently being prepped in the NC shop. Stay tuned for more updates throughout the week.

Good news looking forward to some Robby racing news

For us east coasters who can't make the race and don't like following dots the race will be televised in July .

Las Vegas, NV – February 3rd, 2014 - The Mint 400 announced today its addition to the Red Bull Signature Series. One of the most progressive action sports properties in the world, the Signature Series will air a two-hour broadcast of the Mint 400, showcasing the largest and most prestigious off-road race in America on NBC. The 2014 race will be held Saturday, March 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Red Bull Signature Series broadcast is set to air on NBC Sunday, July 6th at 2p.m. Eastern.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of the Red Bull Signature Series, and to showcase the spectacle of off-road racing at the Mint 400 to the biggest audience in the history of the sport,” said Mint 400 CEO Matt Martelli. “The Mint 400 is the oldest and most challenging off-road race in America – and it’s a perfect fit for the Red Bull Signature Series.”

Would love it to be a SPEED win on a Red Bull show that would be EPIC . Lol .

great news... i might be pitting again in the main pits. if so, ill tweet live timing updates and pics again. if not pitting (always a last minute a decision!), ill be drinking at the race and the timing updates and pics will be late and blurry!!!!!

The Mint 400 was the first race I saw Robby win overall at. He drove Jim Venables Hay Hauler in Class 8. I think it was 1988.

That should be a good show

World of Outlaws are always a good show. I am kind of waiting to see who they think will enter. Last year local guy Kyle Larson won the main.
