Nascar.com is reporting that Robby has decided not to run next weekend at New Hampshire because of lack of sponsorship. Robby Gordon Motorsports will be running a car with P.J. Jones only. Is this true!

I think your reading way too much into it.
He was driving a TOYOTA in that episode, I could not tell what truck or SUV was.
He also drove my Chevrolet Equinox at VIR.
How cool was that? were you honored?
no big deal at all, just saying, he isnt driving an equinox in dakar because of it. HUMMERTIME !!!!
A Toyota that was most likely given to him on a free lease by Toyota's Nascar relations team. SUV, Truck, or whatever...

He drives a Toyota in cup, he does recieve some manufacturer support. (Albiet a very small amount) I wouldn't try to read into it more than that.
It's so hard to find money now days, I am glad we have been able to see Robby run as much as he has. Maybe we will get lucky and Robby will have somebody step up and write more checks. Nobody, I'm sure, is more disappionted than the guys and gals that put this RGM together. I for one am very happy to be able to pull for someone like Robby. Good luck, and hope more funding comes together........
Owners points will be fine,

yup im bummed out, but was gonna miss the race anyways for My trip to the Pikes Peak Hill Climb!!!!!!!

Hell Yeah,

Maybe RG can race the DeLorean DMC-12 on the hill next year
Let's take the Hummer to the Peak!!!!!! How cool would that be.
hopefully Robby can find some $$$ before Friday.

but worse case scenario, PJ can get better acclimiated to this piece of junk for maybe Indy? That would be cool.
Don't be a Droid
Even the usually well funded multi-car teams have unsold races. Hendrick has self-funded the #5 with Mark Martin four times this year with HendrickCars.com
