Nascar.com is reporting that Robby has decided not to run next weekend at New Hampshire because of lack of sponsorship. Robby Gordon Motorsports will be running a car with P.J. Jones only. Is this true!

Build another Monster Truck?? Pure marketing Ploy. He'll drive at N.H..
If you only had enough budget for, let's say, only two of the next four races, would you spend it on New Hampshire or Daytona? Chicagoland or Indy?

You go where you'll have the greatest chance for success, the most exposure potential, and the largest payout. No brainer IMO.
i'D GO WHERE i HAD WON before!!!!!!!
well this sucks. Hopefully someone was watching today and will throw some money RG's way. The worst part is seeing driver will full funding on good teams who cant drive and wreck every week and they keep their sponsor and rides. Such a shame a good driver like RG wont be there after what the team did today.
yup. Todays performance will certainly help with the pitch to sponsors, but the reality is, companies are very hard pressed to sign 7 figure checks in a sport where only a few teams win all the races.
I hear ya. Is RG 100 % not going to NH or could someone save the day with a check for Sunday. This is going to screw RG in points again.
Robby is always open to audibles.
there ya go. that's it for sure. Like playing 'winner's outs' in basketball...
What Nena says.
For sure.
I think Robby has too much pride to do the S & P himself.

Let's just be glad the car will be there and we will get points.
plus it gives PJ a pressure-less weekend to get acclimated to the car on an oval,in case he is needed to drive one of these cars again in the future..lol....
I like that statement "in case he needs to drive one of these in the near future." Looks like the PJ Jones Fan Club will be busy again next week.
