Am I going to have to start cracking the whip to get things done and posted around here? LOL
GREAT INTERVIEW!! I just signed up for texts from SPeed Energy's twitter, so I should not miss any more impromptu Robby appearances on Sirius (as llong as they tweet them out like they did this time).
Some of you may ask...what took you so long...but don't get me started on my Facebook/Twitter/YouTube rant...lol...and I work in IT but overall I despise those platforms...lol...
Am I the only one who noticed that during the interview RG mentioned how at the start of the year he did a deal with Dodge and then mentions their trucks are pretty cool along with the Charger. Funny he would mention the Dodge trucks during a NASCAR interview. My guess is Dodge's new Motorsports department might be looking to get their truck line back in off-road racing. Who knows we might see them at Dakar or back in Baja next year?
Oh by the way if your wondering if Dodge will get back into off-road racing, well it has just happened. Dodge's Mopar division is getting the RAM back into off-road racing this year! They have just signed a deal to sponsor two TORC series teams and be a series sponsor. One team is Team Traxxas (2 trucks) and the other is Menzies Motorsports (3 trucks) and Dodge will be the official TORC pace truck. They will use the new Dodge Ram Runner as the pace truck, which is to compete with Ford's Raptor truck. One the divers that Dodge got was Rob McCachren, for those who dont know Rob has had a very good and long relationship with Ford. He was part of the test group when Ford was testing the Ford Raptor. I'm thinking Dodge is spending some money to get Rob McCachren to get in a Dodge. I wonder what kind of money they might be willing to spend to go to Dakar?
