Robby was cool with me today.

As I was driving by the "OFF ROAD" shop today I slowed down to see if I could see anything interesting. This was interesting. Robby came out to load the local catering truck with SPEED. I got out out of my rig to just say hello and talk about the Baja results. He walked me over to his personal Hummer and handed me 3 cans of SPEED. This was so cool. Made my day.

only encounter was montreal 2010. I was in the stands near the start/finish after his qualifying run (gopher and brake duct). I was rocking a speedfactory shirt and stood up and waved to him on pit road. He waved back. considering how frustrated he was about the duct, he acknowledged a fan and that was awesome (or maybe he just waved in general, but I like my version better!). Maybe one day I'll actually get a chance to meet him in person.
