So is the monster truck gone, sold or on the back burner?

What ever happened to the monster truck? I was looking forward to that.

You can't be serious. A normal NASCAR race brings in a gross profit in prize money of around $75,000. Any sponsor monies is on top of that. So what kind of money do you get to S&P a monster truck?

And why would someone that is a serious racer like Robby be willing to lower his standards enough to get in a monster Truck? The key to this was Monster Energy wanting him to do it I think.

I heard that the Monster Truck will be used as support vehicle in this year Dakar instead of the T-4 truck. Monster truck will be far more useful in pulling Robby of a Rock instead of a fiat. If Nasser rolls into a ditch like by did, the monster truck will have no problem pulling the hummer out in a few seconds.
Robby has many versatile weapons to conquer Dakar this year and I think the Monster Truck is something no other team has and is going to play a pivotal role in making Robby the 1st American winner of the Dakar.

@ MK, I am bored with the Planet chatter, so I am doing my effort to bring Dakar to the forerfont.

I beleive the group is more insterested in

a) The down fall of Busch wack brothers

b) Nascrap silly season

c) Some monster truck from yester years

d) and why there is no Speed Energy at my stores shelves

Dakar is a week away. I cannot wait. I miss the conversations/speculation about the potential stages that Robby could win or what would his suspension set up would be like. Dicussion around how we hate ASO (French) for the restrictor they give Robby. I am sure the planet will come alive when Robby wins an early stage.
