Talladega Should be a 10 Lap Race

After watching the (boring) cup race at talladega no wonder they are loosing attendance. Does anyone see the same thing. With sponsorship $$$ hard to come by most of the teams wrecked their cars the last 2 laps of the race. You got teams afraid to race so they sit at the rear of the pack untill 10 to go and push through for a win. Dale jr. and Jeff Gordon were real vocal about all the carnage at the end of the day. Jr. said he didn't want to race the plate races next year. Thought NA$CAR was headed in the wrong direction. Jeff said it was the worst wreck he has ever seen in his racing career. Five time even said he was not a fan of plate races. On wind tunnel it was said that a road course should replace the plate race in the chase.

Come on DAKAR..................

NASCAR would still make it a 3 hour race.

Yes I know they still have to sell the $10 beer and $10 hotdog.

That was boring? Did you see the same race we all saw? If you thought that was boring, what (besides off road racing) would you consider exciting?
