I was in Homer Ak, last summer fishing. Great folks, different way of life for sure.

Jonathon sounded like he was about done even before Phil got sick. After he passed, it must have been harder than hell to go back. Sad news for sure. I loved the show, especially the crew on the Time Bandit.

The crazy thing is I don't know anyone, but I know lots of people that know someone.Thats one of the things that make the show interesting for me.

One of my favorite shows. With Phil, Sig, and the Hillstrands gone I think it just sunk.

Well for those who care, the Hillstrand brothers and Sig Hansen are back. Hillstrands and Discovery Channel settled the lawsuit and the show starts filming agian soon. Thanks for the small things in life................LOL

Thanks, JR for this little bit of good news. I am very very sad that Capt Phil is gone but I am VERY glad that Jonathan, Andy and Sig are back!
