Checked at Pit Med Center, and released.... I guess I can go mow the lawn now......
haha. true, i really was hopeful at the beginning when he was picking up positions quickly, but after that unfortunate caution that was it.
Ironically, he will probably end up losing only about four or so spots and he picked up a few points on the 82 and 34.
i did see that, and the car he was chasing for 33rd in points was the one who wrecked with him.
Fox reported on the Tracker that Stremme got into the wall which caused the 98 and the 7 to get together. At least Robby didn't have to drive the car for a finish that would have gotten him only a few more points. On to Pocono which is another of RGM's best tracks :>( with the COT.
with the car all jacked up, at least if it is pulled for random inspection he should not get nailed for any fines.
33rd....huh.....They gotta Q better..
actually a severe tire chatter and the thought he had a flat tire cause him to pit early...he had 40 more laps of fuel...and then Andretti running out of talent in the middle of a green flag cycle sealed our 2 lap down fate

He didnt Q great, but he overcame that before the competition caution at lap 30 by driving from 40th to 26th.

So the Q position really had ittle to do with the outcome.
Do you have track pass? or do you follow the chat on here? The reason I say this is because.... Robby didn't pit out of sync.... He pitted because he blew a right rear tire just after he passed the pit entrance, then had to ride around the track really slow to get back to the pits. At this point he was 3 laps down and gained one lap back the hard way by passing the leader. Green flag pit stops started happening and was about to gain another lap back but the caution came out and Robby just barely missed making up that other lap.. Robby never had a chance to race for the lucky dog. His car was FAST compared to others. If he had the chance to race for the lucky dog Robby would of recieved it and finished at a minumum top 15 if not top 10-5...I was watching on Raceview(trackpass). At one point or another during the race.. Robby passed at least 80% of the top 15 finishers, most several times
luckily #35 and #36 in owners points also had issues. The #34 will be out of the top 35 very soon, all it is going to take is for one decent race by that team
Thats pretty much what I saw on the FanView and listening to the scanner. His tires were going a way a little quicker than most others, but he was fast and his line was perfect for taking out guys one at a time.
Totally stremme's fault, taken out again!!!!!!!!! ROBBY'S taken some hard hits this year
