what was the deal with Robby being #1 at rain delay? Coke 600

Robby was #1 at rain delay at the coke 600. But when green hit he was 34th? Any answers on this? DId he stay out and pit before the green? Why didnt he stay out to get a lead lap and extra 5 points? Or was it just a mistake on Fox end?

He stayed out for the rain and then hit pit road before they went green. He got the 5 points under caution
