Will Robby be in the New Nascar 2010 video game?

I noticed he was not in the video game last year, just wondering if anyone know's if he will be in it this year.

RG should take a year off nascar to run the WRC. A title in that and it'll have to be Robby Gordon's DiRT 3

Dilute his image? Or fatten his pockets?...I'm pretty sure if someone wanted to put me in a game and pay me, no matter what I'd bite.

WTF! So everyone in the racing world is trying to find away into the CASH MACHINE of NASCAR and you think he should just walk away? Danica Patrick, the star of open wheel is looking at Nascar! Ricky Carmichael the star of motorcross trying to get into Cup (already driving in Truck series), Marcos Ambrose left Australia as king of the road to get into Nascar! Carpentier, Franchiiti and so on tried to Nascar. Juan Pablo Montonya left open wheel to Nascar....and you think he should just walk away?
