Everything that comes from Chilly should be taken with extra scepticism. He has quite a history of getting things wrong in an effort to get them first, and a lot of the stuff on his site (like this article) is just him blowing smoke.

Thanks Jeff.Interestly the author didn't mention or didn't know that the Factory KTM's where using RACE gas,thus able to build more power.The rest of the field only gets pump gas,so more standard power production.

The author finished with this sentence'If you want to hear more such sob stories, go visit your local Honda dealer and ask about what exciting new products they have to offer for 2013.' Motorcycle shops are closing their doors left and right around here.In Bellevue we are do to one,a Kawaski dealership.

@Will, agree.There WHERE excellent breakfast and dinner locations in the Monterey area.I looked in my address book (from the 80's) and some of those local's are done or sold.I have'nt been back since 05.Sometime I'll tell the Ago and the helicopter story.

Yep Mike The Chart House rocks, as do another dozen or so places in Monterey. But the next time we have foreign visitors, I will remember the impression that a trip to the International Home Of Pancakes makes ;)

Might I reccommend the Chart House for dinner (you would have need'd to make res. 2 months ago) Alex Criville sat at the table next to the group I had brought to watch 500's.Nobody in the restaurant seem'd to know who he was/is.As his group was leaving,I stopped Alex,and wish'd him a good weekend,he smiled and shook my hand.He might have been happy someone knew who he was.
