Why are the DNQ's running laps? I thought testing on NASCAR tracks was banned.

i think timing and scoring is a bit whacky.

2nd practice results are now up at Jayski... Finished 40th with his hot lap1.4 sec behind Biffle. In HH he looks to running a mid 20's average.

Both NASCAR and Foxtrack seemed to be screwed. TV is showing Robby's hot lap at P25.
