2009 Charlotte World 600 Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend activities at Charlotte for Robby Gordon. Here is the schedule for the weekend,all times eastern standard. The first practice is on Thursday,May 21st from 3:00 - 4:30pm,on SPEED. Qualifying is Thursday at 7:10pm, also on SPEED.No track activities on Friday.There are 2 practice sessions on Saturday, May 23rd from 2:45pm-3:30pm, and happy hour runs from 6:00pm-6:50pm,all on SPEED.The race is on Sunday ,May 24th at 5:00 pm on FOX.Don't forget live chat on Sunday, beginning at 3:00pm. Will try to get as many reports from Charlotte as the weekend progresses,as well as quotes from Robby.

The chassis being run this weekend is the same chassis that Robby ran at Texas last month. This will mark only the second race ever for this chassis,and if you recall, it responded very well to adjustments during that race before the motor expired

it sure would be nice to see him qualify in the top 15 sometime......and not go backward in the first 10 laps

great move by the track running today. Friday is a very busy travel day with the holiday weekend.

Yes two laps at the start was enough to go in for an adjustment and seems to have helped so far
