OMG, I was about 100 feet from this! This happened around 15:00 and 15:30, then Robby speeded up his Hummer through the avenue. I ran 3 blocks to try and catch him, but I couldn't, he'd gone the hell fast. Anyway, I'm so glad to see Robby and the SPEED Energy Hummer. I bet Robby wanted to "travel" along the city...
