I did a quick Google search for "BullRun No Energy Drink Sponsors" and here are the first two results.

Doing some more digging around on the Bullrun site/forums it appears that AMP is one of the races sponsors which is why other Energy Drinks are not allowed to sponsor teams.

Wheaton, provide a source. Speed Energy can also be the team name and logo.
