But Robby has a great team. They are at the top of their game after a year of patching up the SST fleet.
Ah! much better pic MK. Thanks! It's tail pipe. No doubt about it.
Mike, it's not that I don't believe it's front engine. So it's front engine with a longer tail pipe than the Hummer. You know me by now, I have no problem yacking from a place of ignorance - out my tail pipe.
I'm with you, I'm thumbs up to a front engine, more precise handling car. I must admit though, I'm a little nervous for it being it's first time out.
Somebody should be able to recognize the flange around the pipe. It's not "just a flange." It looks more purposeful than that.
Also is there a reason you would run the exhaust into one pipe?
Is there a reason you'd want the exhaust to dump so high? Where did the exhaust dump on the Hummer? Sure does look like an exhaust pipe. Get's me thinking the truck is rear engine. I know we've been told it is not. I'm just saying that this location for the exhaust seems most applicable to a rear engine car.
If this is the exhaust and it very well could be I like where it is placed. When Robby passes a car and hopefully he only needs to pass a few cars one time the exhaust sound is pointed right at that car's windshield! Intimidating much???
Dec. 20th. I'll take that. I listened to the Down & Dirty Show this morning. Robby talked about alot of things. Some of which stood out are - 28 inches of travel in the back, 13 inches in the front (really? that little? 300-340 HP being put to the ground. That right there ought to tell you something. This car will have good power to the ground, and a lot softer at the rear than at the front. Hmm. Expecting more rear landings than at the front. Wonder where the weight will be. Looking forward to it.
