I think I've figured it out! It's going to be a Toyota powered Dodge Magnum with a torque tube to a solid rear axle with IRS trailing arms, the engine is mounted in the co-dog seat and the rear spoiler compliments the pop out winglets like on the "Racer-X" car for the long gap jumps!

The dude in the rather dapper red and black polo is very interesting. His red and black shirt looks to be a branded polo-style team shirt. TRD has a lot of black and red branded wearables. The forklift might be a clue, then again that might just be the guy in the black and red shirt's ride. Just saying.
