Thats just the way they set the droop up, You need that so you don't top out the suspension in rebound and po-go the rear end. The end result keeps the wheels/power on the ground, good stuff happens then like going faster and less shock loads to the final drive.

HST looks like its always bottomed out / soft rear set up.
