Autódromo Eduardo Copello. Rather uninspired track layout, but it's pretty much all that could be done in the area it was built in the valley. I bet during a race there with the engine noise bouncing off of the wall of mountain that surrounds 3 sides of the track sounds simply amazing.

Don't know how far off it is from the rally route but has the South American Dakar ever stopped at Potrero de los Funes Circuit? Saw that on Speed Channel with the FIA GT cars last year and it's just epic looking, it's basically a ring-road turned racetrack around a lake.
