When did you become a Robby fan ?: Started working Off Road Races for Walt Lott at High Desert Racing Association back in the 1970's. Check points out in the middle of knowere stuffing tickets in racecars. Watched Baja Bob for years then Robby began making dust in his grandfathers old truck that was older than he was. He took the Heavy Metal Championship that year from the big boys. Attended Mickey Thompson Grand Prix races to he him in action in the Toyota truck. Followed him when he was taken in by Ford Motor Company and was driving the Indy Car for Derrick Walker. I was at the Pheonix race when Robby took his first indy car win. Also at Long Beach when he was to be driving for Cal Wells but Hero Matashuska was still under contract for the Panesonic indy car. I have attended all Nascar events here in Vegas since he has been racing in that series. No surprise to see him in the international Dakar Ralley representing the USA as it brings him back to his roots in the dirt. He has worked for some big names Andretti, Foyt, and Childress but now Robby works for himself. Thats the way he needs it to have the freedom to drive anything and everything he wants without contract issues. Most versital driver on the planet. If you dont believe me just challenge him to a race and he will build any vehicle he needs to beat you.
