- When did you become a Robby fan ?
- Witnessed Robby's first win dune buggy race in a Mickey Thompson event at Riverside Raceway. Later I pit crewed a Class 1 Buggy for the Martin Bros. and directly competed against Baja Bob. Robby had moved up to Trophy Trucks by then. The Martin Bros and our team were good friends of Baja Bob and Robby. We all wento to see him race in CART several times including twice at Indy. We even went to his house (at that time) and went boating out on a lake one afternoon. He is a really nice guy but very competitive....without a doubt.
