Not sure who the announcer is but it was nice of Randell to put it on the roof so Mr. announcer could point out that a front tire had come off the rim??????? HE'S UPSIDE DOWN, WORTHY OF A COMMENT YA THINK!!!!!

Somehow I don't think they would cover PIR with dirt and tear up the infield for an off road race anymore. hahaha
