Reason why the Baja is iN Baja, Its is your fault for being in the way and your own responsibility if you get hit. There are no such thing as stupid frivolous lawsuits. So the drivers are not at fault. This is what makes it fun. Yes I agree the child should not be their.

Hey Walt, great video as always!!! I was just ahead of you across the highway earlier before the TTs started to go by, then I moved a little bit further where Norman and Steele had ther pits around mile 205. The thing about your video is that people keep risking innocent lives (the guy with the kid on his shoulders), they don't learn, the San Felipe 250 is worse every year. Alex and I were thinking about you when we got to Borrego and wondered where were you at in this race.
