Carlo de Gavardo: "...setting the engine, we were running out of the brakes, until we totally lost the brakes. Then we were looking for the brake liquid discharge site and when we found it, it was a spill on the front right side. I saw it was because of a bolt lost as a result of vibration. We did fill the brake system with liquid, and we had 100% locked wheels. The windshield was hit in a semi-flip, because the injection was locked charging the engine. So we had to unlock the accelerator every turn, but in one turn my foot slip from the pedal and we had a collision on two wheels. We recovered the car and the engine didn´t even stop and we followed the race."
