I dont get the SXS and racing in the open category deal. If you engine is too big, ASO slaps on a restricter. If your car is too small, they slap on a Governor. Can we just have old school Group B, bring all the HP you can handle racing.

So he still has the SxS speed limit restrictions even though the is racing in the general classification? What benefit is there to running in the general classification instead of the SxS class then?
