What the hell is wrong with those idiots? Since when is flooding the track with sewage a good idea? How many times does the wash have to be booby trapped before someone is killed? GREAT IDEA!!

I read that water shed was filled with sewer water right before the race by spectators. Booby trapped. Good way for fans lining the course to get injured or possibly killed. Shake my head.
