Moss build-up on the concrete? constant stream over concrete=Hazard

There is something in that water. Either some sort of natural algae or some petroleum based product. No way a little water is causing this. Some were laying their bikes over with only the front wheel in the water. If it was just water they would be laying it down as they are accelerating out of the water.

My guess with all the green moss before & after the road that it is some sort of slimy algae, but I have raced Baja enough to know it too could be something someone did to get some extra excitement.

There might be oil in that water. I hope spectators aren't learning how to create a hazard. Notice that nobody stands in the street waving for the riders to slow down. Can't do that! It would ruin all the fun! I'm not too proud of that group of spectators!
