State-of-the-art pilots must maintain their position, while amateurs must avoid an excess of confidence. Errors can leave bitter memories, since this will be the day of cacti. I also thought it important to pay attention to my daughter's birthday before I focused on Dakar. You know I am capable of calling and saying" Oops! Sorry I forgot your birthday Honey! Robby Gordon is doing well at Dakar!"
I forgot another daughter's birthday cuz I was at Bristol one year. Bad Mom!

It is simple Will. As soon as someone comes along and posts the fastest time through that way point or check point, all the times will change. In this instance at KM 457, #317 Holowczyc had the fastest time until #304 Roma came along and posted a faster time.

For the idea that RG is running with EV.

RG made up 1:54 seconds on EV between 386km and 457km.

De Villiers made up 1 second to Miller. Thats how two cars run together.
