Ugh. thankfully sales for that stupid game are tanking, new releases being cancelled, so I don't think they'll be doing much more sponsoring of anything. Buy a guitar, it's waaaaaay more fun, and I doubt anyone ever got laid because they can rip a megadeth song with those 4 cute little colored buttons.

Rock Band sold 1.7 million sets $189.00 each in the US since it's release...that's like $32 million plus

yeah, that's alot, and it's waaaaaay down from their over-estimations of future interest in what has turned out to be really an over-priced toy. they're invested over 200-mil in future royalties alone, they're in huge trouble, and under lawsuit from Gibson who owns a patent on the original idea, which hasn't been settled yet I don't believe. There's also going to be rock band/guitar hero legal issues for sure.

I'm biased, most guitarists detest guitar zero. All real guitarists do. hahahahaha

I watched my friend play his rockband....It was too funny. All the clicking and just dumb. I hope RGM gets the cash if they offer it but the product is a joke imo....

Guitar Hero & Rock Band were the highest grossing games last year! Guitar Hero is sponsoring Almirola & Truex this year, I'm sure Rock Band would like a little publicity also.
