2009 Las Vegas Race Weekend Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend activities at Las Vegas for Robby Gordon. Here is the schedule for the weekend,all times eastern standard. First practice is Friday, Feb 27 at 3:00 pm , followed by Qualifying at 6:30pm , 2 practices on Saturday,Feb 28, and the race is on Sunday ,March 1st at 3:30 pm. Don't forget live chat on Sunday, from 10am-10pm.

got the making of a long day engine issues and no handle on the car. hopefully they made the right changes and the motor stays together....i have no toyota in my fantasy roster

OK.. here's my thought of how today's race is gonna play out. We all know that Robby's car was slow during practice yesterday. This is done on purpose. They trimmed the engine down in order to get great fuel mileage. This is the first time this race has gone for an odd number of miles/laps, 427. at the end of the race everyone will have to pit except for Robby and he sneaks in for the WIN!

I tell ya what.... When that caution came out and Robby was up to like 11th and the Kirk said "if we top off on fuel right before they go green again, we can make it to the end" OH Man I was sitting in my chair just a *Grinning* lol..

Hey Everyone....Kim in Hesperia checking in. My lap top is down so I will not be able to listen or chat much during the race. I will check in from time to time.
