It's gotta be discouraging to work so hard and keep getting knocked down by forces out of your control. Hardships can often overshadow our strengths and accomplishments. Take a deep breath and reflect on what’s gotten you so far.

How many other drivers today have ever held a wrench outside of holding it up in a sponsor’s ad? They don’t understand the first thing about gear ratios or camber. Just do what they’re told. You’re the total package.

Most guys only have to jump in the cockpit and turn left. Someone else foots the bill and worries about finding the right talent to build a successful team. Throw enough money at something and even a monkey can wheel those cars to the checkers. No sweat equity invested, none of their own muscle and certainly not brains. Kyle Bush can wreck anybody and doesn’t care, he has nothing invested so nothing really gained when he wins. More victories, but absolutely no substance. It symbolizes everything wrong in America today. Your accomplishments are truly earned.

Guys got to Cup through different paths. Some drivers think winning the Nationwide and Sprint titles would be a diverse accomplishment. It’s still a stock car competing at the same venue! How many of them can wheel an 800 hp beast down a cliff and compete for the championship? You can drive the wheels off of anything!!!

An old Greek friend used to tell us that we are given two buckets to carry us through life. One is a honey bucket, the other a shit bucket. You have to get all the way to the bottom of each. Dude, you gotta have that shit bucket close to empty by now! The honey awaits.

You CAN win Richmond. No matter what happens today with penalties, you can make it all up on Saturday night. As an observer, it appears you have been putting together some really wicked hot rods lately. You have the cars and the talent to make it happen. Once it starts to click, nothing will be able to stop you. See you in Victory Lane real soon!!

I also believe you can win at Richmond and if your Honey arm is getting longer its only because you have been dipping alittle to much in the shit.........But, what ever you do don't get rid of all the shit, save alittle, so you can remember how good honey really is............
No smokin'.... a bit too much Beam at times I'm told but guessing that's pretty common in these parts. Could be my mistake, but I thought we were all here to support Robby. Words of encouragement can help some of these posters remember why they got behind him to start with. Sure a lot of folks ready to jump ship when things get rough. And the proverb was Greek, not Chinese.
whats all this penalty talk? Is there a hockey game I missed???
No worries Buddy the Hawks wrapped it up for this series. Your not missing anything tonight.
Oh, except for the Bulls havin a mean ass game against the Celts
It is embarrassing
Nice letter. Robby can win Richmond, he did, after all, make up 4 laps there one night a few years ago. Hopefully all of the bad luck is out of the way now. Bring on the honey!!
35th sucks, thank god there isnt 50+ cars trying to make the field! This is a bird in the hand and RGM will move up in points!
Robby will be fine...he has talent and enough patience...yes patience to keep his chin up and his foot down. He was doing great with a car that he said was not fast...unfortunately misfortune struck. I am thankful he hit the soft wall instead of the cement barrier; and came away safe, the hit looked brutal. I am sure that he had to feel the next day...I noticed he was looking at his hand when they showed the replay up close. Reminded me of his pit road hit during his RCR day's. I am sure he feels the pressure of 35th and is going to go balls to the walls to improve; but we know, that too can bite you in the ass. SO great time to break out the Energizer car...just keeps going and going...I have faith and I know his first win as an owner will come this year; and not necessarily on a road course.

Meanwhile get out and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE. Robby deserves to be in the All - Star race not just because he is in my book an all-star; but because he represents, good ole' American free enterprise...GAS ON Robby I am voting =)
Just keep at Robby. The cars seem to keep getting better and better, and although you've been plagued by bad luck after bad luck, brighter days ARE coming...

Shake'N'Bake!
