I just find that hard to believe. I find it hard to believe Robby's not in the top 10 either.
Well, maybe Robby races his way into the All Star, AJ gets the vote, and that will be Robby's chance to issue a little payback. No points to worry about. :)
I still think NASCAR has their own votes in this "fan voting" thing.
Just remember folks, Red Bull offered AJ a ride this year. It was because it was a one year deal with no guarantees that AJ walked away. Red Bull might have not shown a lot of love, but honestly what has AJ done? He is a good points racer (this year for the first time), but how many top 10s does he have? Top 5s? Race wins?
I think he is a decent driver, but I do not understand how the Nascar masses think this guy is amazing. Last I checked, Reed Sorenson is above him in the points, with the highly over rated Elliott Sadler right behind him. For some reason people are ready to crown this guy a chase contender.
AJ should have stuck with the open wheel cars. Not that he isn't talented enough to be in cup, he'll just be another middle of the road guy. He would have been a stud in IndyCar.
I dont like Lagono at all...he is way to cocky in the Sprint Cup feild and I feel for all of the drivers that had to work their buts off pulling 90 hour weeks to make it somewhere in racing....Now a days this is just a young mans sport like D.W says...I like A.j. though....he shows alot of passion for the sport and deserves to be in the race...just like he raced his way in there...I believe that he is gonna make it in this sport!
AJ kisses NASCAR'S butt, Home Depot has money. I feel for AJ since he was kicked out by Red Bull. The big wigs of the company (and I not talking about the race team) wanted Scott Speed. Guess they wanted a driver that wears is t-shirts much too tight and has more highlights in his hair than mine.
