Do you think Watkins Glen is a make ore break race for RGM?

Since Robby started his own team he's had sponsorship, but this year it appears the economy is hitting Robby hard. Of course this is just looking from the outside. I have no idea inside RGM how financially stable the team is. But showing up weekly without decals is not good.

Alot of people would have love to see Robby at Montreal, but I believe Robby testing Wed at Road Atlanta speaks volumes. (By the way did you know Robby shared every note with Marcos Ambrose's team for Montreal)
The team seemed to have found some things at Road Atlanta, I hope it pays off.

But, I would think if Robby could win at Watkins Glen what a huge boost it would be for RGM. Yes, it would give the team alot of momentum, but financially it would pay huge. Huge jump in points. Put RGM in the Winner's Circle program. Reserve Robby a spot in the 2009 All Star Race. Easier sell to sponsors.

Robby needs to have a Top 5 but finishing 25th or below would be a huge blow to RGM.

Easy there... Next time I do come out I can discuss this post with you if you want. I'll even bring my lady with me as I watch her fuck you with a 40 spline axle shaft. The off-road guys didn't mess with the chassis. They didn't make the car 2 seconds faster than the field. Robby and Walter did.

I get my info from the men that put 2 degrees of timing back into the engine over 8K RPM with the RIGHT part. Or was that you? Have another beer you fuck.
And?
We actually had the cars built for the road atlanta test before they got there and only one of them went to the test, like the guy you had banned said " get you info correct" he was right, almost sounds like he has an inside perspective due to the fact that his info was correct! As your post said you get your info from the guys that put 2 degrees of timing in our engine , is that our tuner fom GEM or the off road guys that found huge but simple fixes? The car was fast and 2 seconds fast and i will say it again ....because Walter is a kick ass crew chief and made changes to the car based on the comments RG said from sonoma and it doesnt have shit to do with 2 degrees of timing or any trick ass light weight shit, even though that will help but not lack of grip over the long runs.
By the way.... Who are you? internet balls? There is a Mike at RGM? Identify yourself smart mouth. Maybe you have some floors to sweep? Well you got banned because instead of actually looking at your profile before responding I did.... You are just a troll...
I did here Robby tested at Road Atlanta and found a few things to improve the car but, not much else was reported. Never saw any speeds or heard he was 2 seconds faster...I hope your info is accurate.

I also agree it would be great to see Robby grab a pole. Came close last year at Sonoma, but this year he has struggled in qualifying.
Hear=/here

It was reported on Robby's site as well as Jayski.
At this stage of the game, points-wise, they are ALL make or break races for RGM!!!
It never surprises me that he tests well for a road race. Race strategy , not driver performance, will be the key to winning at Watkins Glen for RG. They better make sure the pit strategies are rock solid and Robby better not be in snail mode entering the pits like he was in 2007.There is only so much time he canmake up on the racetrack. He can't let the stupid mistakes cost him precious time.Win the pole and dominate the race is the only thing he can do that weekend.
I think his luck might change at the glen. He's been top 5 there the last three years and I would love him to get that first win next week. Yes, a lot of the others have caught him up in road racing but he is always in the mix and the cars that are in the mix are the ones which win. I am sure he will give himself a chance.
Luck don't forget he needs a little bit of good luck too in addition to not having any little stupid mistakes that will cost.
The field has certainly closed the gap between RGM on road courses, but they have not passed him by. He is still a favorite at the two courses, and certainly has the ablility (especially at WGI) to break away from the pack and command a race. But like many have said the fastest car and best driver rarely win. He will certainly have the right car, and the right "nut behind the wheel" to get it done, let hope the race comes to him and all the stars align to get our boy off the schnide!
PLEASE GOD....let Robby have a top 5 this week. Aren't I pathetic...I'm beggin God now all for the sake of a good finish...What won't I do as a race fan!!?!? I must have that new disease they talk about on that "other" forum board :)
