First of all it's TOYO not toya. Robby is Toyo's marquee athlete/racer and my main responsibility. He does have his OWN special spec tires for Baja and for Dakar that we produce for him. The beauty of our tire is that it's still an OE designed tire. Unlike other competitors that use a totally different design for their racing purposes, we can market our tires still keeping their same design and "look". You can buy our Toyo Open Country MT off the shelf and be certain that you will have the best Mud Terrain tire out there. We use our Off the shelf tire in some of our class 8, trophy trucks and class 1 vehicles. We have won on OE tires the Baja 1000 three times, Class 8, class 1 and stock full. Robby won the Baja 1000 in 06' on our Project Open Country MT's. Hope that answers your question
Yes they are the same tire, except, the ones RG uses will not last. They are good for about 1 race, maybe 1-2 years on your off road toy. They are built that way for the races, believe it is a softer compound. The ones you can buy for your vehicle are the exact same tire built with a different compound to last. My brother has the tires on his prerunner, and when he bought them he was told to get the street version, not race as they will not last. Hope this answers your question.
