wow..only 44 cars ? Wonder who the un-lucky one is.
Marlin won't be going home because the #09 has an owner's win. My guess would be Raines in the #37.
thats only if qualifying is rained out
The owner's win doesn't count unless qualifying is rained out? Learn something new everyday..
only driver locked in of the go or go homers, is Bill Elliott(past champ). The #09 will be locked in only if it rains out qualifying.
the #66 will be going home. thats my guess
Most Likely The #09 or #37 Because of Speed . But ............ A Driver Could Mess Up and Spin .
Where is the Bean
Hmm 2nd consecutive week that Bass Pro is not on the #1...and there's also a press release stating that they'll have GE on the car for a few races later in the year. Think Bass Pro is deciding to disassociate themselves with Earnhardt-Ganassi in preparation of jumping to another car?
I read elsewhere that BPS contract with DEI runs through 2010. I think they just didn't have the full season schedule.

Now, if Truex bolts, BPS might have some leverage to get out of the contract, but I don't think that's what we are seeing now.
i think i read on jayski that there was an out for BPS if the 1 car didn't have 2 teammates. with the 8 gone there is only 1.
