MWR to make announcement on July 7th.....

How crazy would it be for MWR and RGM to form an alliance, and put RG in the 55 car. Why else would they have the announcement on 7/7.

Because thats the day they chose to announce Martin Truex Jr. will be driving the Napa car next year...

I'm hoping the announcement would be that Michael is going to become a recluse in a remote tropical island and we'll never have to hear from him again.

Its so awesome that so many people can crack so many unfunny jokes!


Regardless, we all know that Waltrip is moving out of the 55 and so MWR will be fielding two full time cars next year both actually capable of winning races with Truex and Ruettiman, as well as providing the cars to another team that should easily be considered one of, if not THE favorite heading to both road courses and is also a strong competitive team week in and week out on the ovals with Marcos Ambrose.

So basically three cars out of MWR that could actually win races at the Cup level.
