New MWR NAPA driver to be announced in a few minutes.
Martin Truex Jr just announced as driver of the #56 NAPA MWR Toyota
Truex jr. gave the gayest hi fives to the napa team on the way to the stag. lol
WoW!! The suspense is finally lifted!! Who saw this coming?
Is it bad that I was watching a MWR press conference at RGM?
Not at all, weather people here like Mikey or not, it has a domino effect.
A deal about as secret as the Stewart deal last year.

Mikey has done what even Stewart failed to do... full sponsorships.
Kudos to him.
LOL I knew you were a mole Keith.
Not that it was much of a secret. It just gets the ball rolling for "silly season". This clears the path for Tony to announce Bass Pro Shops as a S-H sponsor for 2010 @ Chicagoland this weekend.
I heard Bass Pro Shop will stay with DEI.

Earnhardt Ganassi Racing President Steve Lauletta said no matter what happens with Martin Truex Jr., he expects Bass Pro Shops will remain with the organization for 2010. Truex, who drives for EGR, is expected to be announced as the 2010 full-time replacement for Michael Waltrip at Michael Waltrip Racing on July 7.
From Jayski.com
They have a loophole everytime something changes. They can opt out now that the driver they signed on t sponsor has made other commitments.
Remind me please....what is left of DEI?
