Fuck NASCAR...they hate Robby...what a Bullshit penalty......

Rooby Gordon rear ends Stremme under caution letting him knw his displeasure for wrecking him = 5 lap pnealty

Anybody else= thats just racing.......
If anything they call the other guy to the trailer after the race and put them on probation.

Total bullshit.
Is Hamlin now going to get penalized five laps? -

Rob and Stremme's deal was a war between two cars - But Hamlin runs over the 00 and Ambrose is an innocent bystander who gets taken out.

I was a little concerned - maybe paranoid - that NASCAR might try to park Rob next week but there's no way they can do it now after Hamlin's screwup.
never say never with NASCAR
This is soooo bulshit. I dont even want to watch NASCAR anymore. I never seen a driver more discriminated against. I will watch next week and thats it!!
this is what pisses me off Nascar and their "rules". They will go and say that the penalty fit the crime .No if any Robby was penalized once he got dumped.Nascar always says to the drivers not to let their emotions get the better of them. But Nascar penalizes with their emotions! It is an unwritten fact that Nascar will penalize a driver that isnt "one of their own".I believe in karma and it WILL turn around for Robby. P.S. even Andy Petrie knew it was crap!
I really believe Rob will calmly discuss the penalty with NASCAR officials at some point this week.

I'm sure Ambrose was wondering why hamlin wasn't parked for five laps.
Did robby have to go to the nascar hauler after the race or was the 5 laps his penalty
I know emotion drives Robby, but I really wished he had left Stremme alone. Robby had a Top 20 car and with all the wrecks and cautions near the end perhaps he could have left with a Top 15 and better position in owner's points. Instead he slipped back a little. Robby had a good car. Stremme could have been paid back at Bristol or somewhere down the road. Get the points that were laying on the table!

I'm sure Robby's comments didn't help. Besides, if rumors are right, Stremme will be without a ride soon.
& Jarrett was a fool to say that...Stremme's done....Robby IS the Boss at RGM....
For those who think Robby's penalty is bs think again. Robby didn't act innocent either, he played a part in this as much as Stremme. The penalties for both drivers were fair enough, now let's move on.
Interesting Blog post here from the Birmingham News...:

http://blog.al.com/blogoftomorrow/2009/08/robby_gordon_needs_to_lea...

Robby Gordon needs to learn how to retaliate better.

Gordon was infuriated during Monday's NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Pocono over what he thought was the No. 12 car of David Stremme wrecking him not once but twice.

So Gordon came over his radio and told his crew "the No. 12 is getting wrecked. I don't care. NASCAR can park me. The 12 is getting wrecked."

Well, after a restart Gordon found his way to Stremme's back bumper and -- perhaps because he had had time to cool down a bit -- gave Stremme a few nudges, but pulled up short of driving him into the wall.

Gordon then tried to drive by him, but Stremme hit him in the rear quarter panel, wrecking him a third time and bringing out another caution. Stremme was penalized five laps by NASCAR for aggressive driving.

Gordon made the mistake of retaliating against Stremme during the caution -- a major no-no with NASCAR -- bringing a five-lap penalty on his own head.

Next time Gordon might want to remember the old saying that revenge is a dish best served cold.
