Just watched victory lane. Where is the footage of Robby hitting the 12 under caution. The only thing they showed was rg and stremme coming into the pits.If thats where they say Robby hit him then I must be blind because all I saw were two guys entering the pits. Robby was close to his bumber but that was it, if he hit him I didn't see it. So where is the footage. After the 12 spun him for the 2nd time I am positive that a camera was following the 7. So show me the video and I will believe he should have gotten parked for 5 laps. Jimmy Spencer said he thinks Stremme should have been paked for the rest of the race.

Havent seen footage of punting under the yellow.
Stremme SHOULD have been parked. Agreeing with Spencer is scary.
Ultimately,WNS.
What Nena Says.
Rob's Crew Chief came on and told him he and the 12 were both being held for 5 laps, the 7 for the bump under yellow, which you could kind of see him doing on trackpass, sorry to say. Although he did have a few choice words he didn't bitch that much about it. Funny thing is, over on the 12 channel they didn't think they deserved anything. He said "Robby bumped him around all day boohoo, he didn't do anything"!
when practice rolls around for the glen, i'll be happy again.
gee this sounds like the reason im banned for life at the placerville calif dirt track
car was wrecked
and kicked the crap outta the other driver outside the gate (and a track offical who got in the way ) "he shouldnt have gotten in the way of real racers"
but this year im still in the club points lead
Just a little added momentum for WG this weekend :)

Unless Nascar says otherwise...
Glad TOG got the site turned around so quickly so we can channel our anger into passion and take it on to the Glen. There is absolutely NO WAY any infraction under caution wouldn't have been replayed if it really happened. Of course RG was pissed enough to say he was gonna wreck the 12. Who wouldn't have been? His actions proved he could restrain himself despite such intense frustration. That shoulda been worth some brownie points! If NASCAR doesn't like drivers calling them out, they should stop giving them reason to do so. Hamlin was pretty aggressive a few times during the race and got the win. I'd bet any of the drivers he hit wanted to take him out too.
I think the engines of the cars were still cooling when we flipped the switch to Watkins Glen mode.
I just want to see POST RACE footage!
I was just happy to see that RG still has that "Dont mess with me attitude"!!! I just hope he never looses it.
After reading everyone's responses, one item that was missed was something that came over Robby's scanner late in the race.

Back on lap 151, Robby got bumped by Stremme coming out of #1 and then coming out of 2, he got spun and Stremme hit the left side of Robby's car. All along Robby thought it was Stremme that turned him coming out of 2 and he vendetta began with his comment about not caring what NASCAR does when he takes out the 12.

It later came to Robby's attention that it wasn't the 12 that caused the first spin, but rather the 43. Had Robby known this, he probably wouldn't have all but taken the bumper off of the 12 on the backstretch.

Spotted Cow, did you catch this conversation on the scanner as well about the 43?
Agreed, he wastes his time battling with cars that he needs to just get away from. I guess if his cars were good enough he would.
I had limited signal strength yesterday at the beach, so I didnt record the scanner.
