Talladega's (Hallo-Dega) Halloween weekend to be sponsored by Captain Morgan

Talladega Superspeedway is certainly making the most of the fact that its new fall race date falls on Halloween weekend.

Hallow-Dega is shaping up to be an event within the event with everything from a haunted maze to a pumpkin seed spitting contest.

And now it even has its own sponsor -- Captain Morgan Rum.

"Captain Morgan and HALLOW-DEGA are a perfect match for each other," said Talladega Superspeedway President Rick Humphrey. "Race weekends at Talladega are known to be a little fiery from time to time, so it's fitting that Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum would help present the first Halloween weekend at Talladega. We look forward to hosting an event without peer for HALLOW-DEGA℠ Presented by Captain Morgan."

I have never been there..but i hear the infield is described as a "Mardi Gras" kind of time...

Well hot women with an excuse to dress up "scantily" in Halloween outfits and Nascar seems like a total WIN in my book! :)

Are you thinking of the Talladega infield? I've heard it's a wild time but that it takes quite a few of them to make a full set of teeth.

If there is one race track everyone should visit at least once in their Nascar life, it is Dega!! All of this other Halloween stuff is just icing on the cake! :D
