Open Face Helmets In Dakar

I was wondering if Robby is re-thinking open face helmets in the Hummer? I always was surprised he was using them and after the crash it looks like they left vunerable spot. I don't think the neck would have been helped much though with a full face.

THe hans device could've helped with the neck thing...did well for Edwards at 'dega.

However, unbuckling the thing to get out and change a tire/repair the hummer is probably not practicle.

The neck may have been helped with a HANS. So who has pictures of the Hummer?

I believe his black eye was from broken blood vessels in the eye from the jolt, not from actually hitting his face on something in the roll. It has always surprised me that Rob does not wear a neck restraint system while racing off-road. There are numerous devices used by off-roaders that are more suitable than the hans.
