After watching a Nationwide race earlier in the year which was sponsored by ToyoTires I think NASCAR should let ToyoTires sponsor Robby Gordon and I'm sure they would have no problem with doing that.

Do you think nascar would give financial assistance to goodyear? Nah.... I'm just putting this out there cause some of you said that nascar would not let a viable sponser go away. Guess again. This is going to be a big wake up call to nascar. All reports lead to goodyear not being able to make the payments needed to keep them in the game. Nascar knows this and most likley are making deals with other tire companies. I guess what I'm saying is that the game is always changing no matter what the cause. I think that RGM being a small one car team has a better chance of getting sponsership than a big time hendrick or RCR. The landscape is a changing and I think that RGM is in a great position to improve his portfolio. More bang for the buck. If you want to know whats going on in nascar watch the business end of things.... I E the profit margins of the players involved.... Robby is a F N smart palyer.... He will come out smelling like sweet a desert flower.

Goodyear going broke? Don’t bet on it
AKRON (Sept. 30, 2009)—Goodyear is one of the 20 largest U.S. companies most likely to declare bankruptcy, according to a list compiled by an analysis company. Won’t happen, according to another tire industry analyst.
Audit Integrity Inc., a Los Angeles-based company that markets itself as a provider of independent and sometimes critical analysis of corporate finances and governance issues, said it analyzed the prospects of 2,700 U.S. public companies with assets of $100 million. The firm said it assessed the risk they face from factors, and found Goodyear has a 6.9-percent chance of declaring bankruptcy next year.
Analyst Saul Ludwig, who follows Goodyear for Cleveland-based KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., said he wasn’t putting much credence in the Audit Integrity report.
Goodyear, in a written response to the report, said Audit Integrity ranked the company as the sixth most trustworthy last year, and that its liquidity remains solid.”
