Jayski is reporting that Bobby Labonte visited Robby's shop last week. Friendly visit or full time second team in the near future?

yup, last time I checked, RG said he was driving at Homestead, that the 1000 schedule wouldn't conflict with the final race.Unless they plan on partying for a week straight after locking up the SCORE championship......lol.....
It will take SCORE 3 weeks to count all the penalties and determine who finished where.
hahahaha

Sunday's festivities are well worth missing.
lol that is true. But mark my words. These bs trackers will all of a sudden work that weekend and they will crown him. The real celebration will be the the year in awards banquet.
Zoom, That is too simple of an explaination and not enough to create the buzz going around.

Unfortunately it is a very logical explaination.
Terry has talked of starting his own team. maybe a Labonte squared and rgm thing could happen?
If it were true Bobby would be a great addition to RGM. If Robby were to start a second team that would be the way to go. Sponsorship would be the big question. Would love to see it.
The score race is on friday, Robby will be in florida for the race, if everything goes ok he will be done by about 10 or 11 pm
Right. Here's the Baja 1000 weekend schedule from the SCORE site:

FRIDAY, NOV 20 / Riviera Convention Center Late Registration & Tech - 5:30AM Media Center - 6:00AM

FRIDAY, NOV 20 / Costero Blvd Riviera Center
Motorcycle & ATV Start - 6:30AM
Four Wheel Start - 10:30AM

SATURDAY, NOV 21 / San Nicolas Hotel
Posting of Unofficial Results - 9:00PM
Competition Review Board - 10:00PM

SUNDAY, NOV 22 / Poolside at San Nicolas Hotel
Awards Presentation - 10:00AM

So he'll finish the race Friday evening at the latest, so could even make it to Homestead in time for some Saturday practice laps if he wanted to.
A bunch of people want to see David Gilliland in a 2nd RGM car next year. Which i would like to see but money talks and Labonte has that ($ponsor$) plus a PC.
According to a recent report, Bobby Labonte will be in the #71 at Homestead.....so maybe it is a deal for 2010....
or maybe it's nothing....lol
Right again Zoom! Bobby is in the 71 at Homestead and Gilliland is scheduled to be in the Gibbs #02 car. So we can forget all about Bobby filling in for Robby at Homestead. Continue with the 2nd car rumors and speculation. Try Ask.com or watch the race reports on your DLP television. They are GREAT products.
