This has been speculated before here. First time I am aware of that it has been brought up by somebody credible in the media.

We all know that Robby wants to work for Robby, but the truth is that a single car operation is far to difficult in this economy. When Robby left RCR there were numerous sponsorship opportunities and there was a lot of money out there. For the sake of Robby's Cup career and the sake of RGM, I hope that this is true. Not to mention the Mobil 1 rumor with Hornish. That would be fantastic!

We will need to wait until something official is posted. IMO, Right now Robby is being courted by anyone with sponsorship who wants to be in the top 35 at the start of next year. We have to see what happens and the January pre season announcements.
