After starting 11th this morning, US driver Robby Gordon (Hummer) finished the day’s special stage in 1h40’21, a time that gives him his third special stage victory on the Dakar as he finishes one tiny little second ahead of Stéphane Peterhansel.

Does this mean he starts 1st tomorrow or his overall position. Robby and Grider please don't get lost tomorrow.They aren't the best at finding their way. Peter is the best at that.Following Peter is a good Idea sometimes when your not sure where to go. use him then Pass him

Congrats RGM! I love how focused he is right now saying that this is not what he is worried about (winning stages) but rather wanting to win the OA.
Way to go Team Dakar. I guess this answers the questions of all the hand-wringers over on the Chat site that were concerned/worried/convinced that the Hummer lack enough skoot to contend, and that he was done for this year.
