Yeah, thanks for the comments. Made me laugh too
I'm fine so long as the don't disclose the location of my super secret, quick access and departure parking spot
Just for fun...concept idea

Perfect!
Send that concept to the guy or gal that writes and signs the checks at IKEA!
Thanks, now lets make this dream a reality.
Let's look at the big picture here, let's say we do have sponsorship to run the whole season, hell let's add Chad Knaus as crew chief, so far nothing makes me think we're going to have a decent season this year.
The crazy thing is...besides me having a track by track breakdown of all COT results since 2007 for every driver for fantasy research purposes beautifully done in Excel and color coded to match the sponsors colors...

is this...

Tracks that Robby ran better at overall in 2009 than 2008:

Bristol(2), Richmond(2..one with Gililand driving)), Phoenix (2..ran great at first phoenix until Mikey dumped us), NH(2), Darlington(1), Kansas(1), Vegas(1) Atlanta (2), Lowe's(2), Texas (2), Michigan (2), Pocono (2)

Tracks we were worse at: Dover (2), Chicago (1), Homestead (1) California (2)

Tracks were always completely lost at: Martinsville (2)

Tracks not counted: Indy(1) as the 2008 COT race canbe thrown out the window with tires every 7 laps..thus making 2009 a baseline start

Thus leaving 6 tracks, the 4 plates and 2 roadies where RG is capable of and should run top 10s with better strategy and a little luck. (for instance if you give Robby the same plate track results as 2008 and a 10th for btoh road courses we finish with 367 mopre pts and in 31st Owners pts position..not world scorching but better).

But the crux of my point is that RGM ran better at the core of what is the Nascar schedule..cookie cutters and tracks 1 mile and shorter in 21 of 29 races..with the dramatic loss of points from the plate tracks and crappy road course results really masking that...and also add in the fact that we throw away two races every year (Martinsville) Owners points wise
I'm not real optimistic at this point either. But Robby has pulled rabbits out his a** in the past. Let's hope he finds the damn Easter Bunny this time. At this point it looks like the #7 for a few races and the #49 having to qualify on time all season. Trying to keep good thoughts though......
LMAO!!! Easter Bunny comment!
*glad I came back to catch up b4 this thread had 1000 posts to it!!!*
I don't see why everyone keeps saying that Rg will be going over to the 49...well .....Unless you all are secretly hoping to let Dani have it! I can see it now.. The France Mafia calling RG into the office and saying.."If you want to keep the penalties and fines low this season you gota give up the 7 for you know who next season."
I think he is alluding to the black helicopter that it could be a Nascar conspiracy to free up the #7 so Danica can use it next year...lol

not implying that we would sign Danica...
