And yet you're still here.
this will make a top 20 seem like a win
All we can ask for is to get in tomorrows practices and get the car set up for next thursday cuz it might rain till then.
nah..Nascar will get the full slate of on track activities today...radar and forecast are pretty good for today.

Might see a rain shortened race tomorrow though....so pit strategy will be at a premium.
ok. I know everyone here always hopes for a good qual.. But really??? You were suprised or disappointed by this? Didn't you see the practice speeds? Of course they rolled off the truck with a bad setup.. he ran 2 laps at the begining of practice and then was off track for a long time ... That means they were making big changes.. That happens to everyone! Just hope we get practice in tomorrow and they can find a good setup.

I know we get tired of seeing a bad performance.. But we do have to keep things in perspective. not wearing the big rose glasses.. but i do believe that Robby will get this team to being a huge contender some day.
.6 seconds behind p39 on qualifying. not the leader, p39

That just about tells me all I need to know. I hope for the best for Robby but its obvious he's not putting any more money into his cup team right now with lack of sponsorship than he needs to. I guess we can just hope for the best at the glen/infineon and tona/dega. The steady regression in the quality of the cars in performance the last 3 years is what bothers me, I know Robby can wheel a fast car when he has one.
did I miss the race already ?
Pratice speed translates to race speed. Have you ever seen a driver win a race who had a bad car in happy hour?
we need the rain to hold off until after practice or its a long day sunday...so important for this team to get off to a good start these first few races
I agree. The team will need time to test their adjustments. I am not overly concerned about practice speeds today, just hoping they have a good handling car. Fixing the car from bottoming out and being able to carry more speed in the turns I would guess are top priorities today. Let's just wait and see what Robby and Mr. Watt come up with.
weather looks good for today. These are crucial practice sessions for Robby.

Was there last year, dont need a repeat of last years weather boring.
